Lenso provides production support for shoots in Madrid and across Spain, supporting local and international crews with camera packages, technical prep, and reliable logistics. We help producers and DPs build digital or film setups, verify compatibility (mounts, power, media, monitoring), and coordinate delivery/pickup with clear responsibility and secure handoffs. If you already have a gear list, we’ll quote and confirm availability; if you’re building from scratch, we’ll propose package options that fit your schedule and workflow. Our process covers holds/reservations, insurance highlights, and pickup authorization so productions move fast with fewer surprises.

Send us via email or our contact form any information you have on the project. If you have the list, our response on the quote and availability will be faster. Once you’re in contact with our team, they’ll make sure to assist you with any requirements you have. If you approve the quote and sign the contract, the equipment is blocked for you and will be prepared for camera check day.

A booking is confirmed once the quote has been approved by email and the contract has been signed.

Changes are permitted during the entire quotation process and prep-day.
When an order (confirmed quote) is cancelled during the 24 hours prior to the rental, 100% of the agreed price will be charged. The client must inform about the status of the payment by sending the necessary proof.

Our technical team will prepare every item for the list for camera check. Our warehouse team works with our project manager to ensure the best experience for both the production team and camera crew.

We understand projects are constantly changing, so to start we just need the camera list and dates of the shoot.
Once you’ve approved the quote, we’ll need your insurance, crew contacts and any other information to provide logistics or transportation and customer service during the shoot.

Insurance & terms highlights

Logistics & pickup authorization
We coordinate pickups, returns and deliveries to keep schedules tight and equipment secure.
Authorized pickup (required)
We only release equipment to pre-authorized contacts. Please share: full name, phone number, and DNI/passport number, plus the project name and pickup/return time window.
Changes / couriers
If the pickup person or courier changes, notify us in advance with updated details to avoid delays.
Delivery / returns
For deliveries, send the exact address and an onsite contact phone. Equipment is considered returned once received and checked in by our team.
