The Angenieux EZ-3 45-165mm T2.3 is a versatile cinema zoom that brings Angénieux's signature look to the telephoto range. In Super 35 mode it covers 45mm to 165mm at T2.3 (ramping gently to T3 at the long end), giving you a 3.7x range that goes from medium shots to tight close-ups without a lens change, ideal for drama, commercials and documentary work where the camera has to react fast.

Like the rest of the EZ series, the EZ-3 has an interchangeable rear optical group that switches the lens between Super 35 and Full Frame in a few minutes. In Full Frame mode it becomes a 68-250mm T3.5 covering large sensors, so a single lens can follow your production from one camera format to another.

Built for real sets, the EZ-3 weighs around 2.6 kg and has a 114mm front diameter, a 105mm filter thread, standard 0.8 MOD gears for focus, iris and zoom, and a 300° focus rotation with feet and metre scales. Minimum focus is 1.2 m. It ships in PL mount, with optional E, RF and EF mounts, making it easy to pair with most cinema and mirrorless cameras.
